Jenea McCammon is a wellness professional and performance specialist with a background in athletics, strength training, and functional movement. As a former professional track athlete for Guyana and current Physical Fitness Coordinator for a large law enforcement agency, she has worked with hundreds of individuals across all fitness levels, from tactical teams, community members, and youth.
Jenea’s approach blends mobility, restorative movement, and practical body mechanics to help individuals reduce aches, improve joint function, and build resilience against stress. She is passionate about helping individuals maintain strength and freedom of movement as they age, emphasizing that longevity is built through consistency, awareness, and intentional care of the body.
